التمكين الإداري وأثره في تعزيز التمكين النفسي لدى العاملين في القطاع الصحي الخاص في ولاية بسكرة

Abstract

ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان طبيعة العلاقة بين التمكين الإداري والتمكين النفسي لدى العاملين في القطاع الصحي الخاص في ولاية بسكرة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تمت دراسة عينة مؤلفة من 59 عاملا من مختلف العيادات والمصحات الإستشفائية الخاصة في ولاية بسكرة، وقد تم التوصل إلى أن مستوى التمكين الإداري والنفسي لدى العاملين في هذا القطاع كان كبيرا، غير أن العلاقة بين المتغيرين وأبعادهما من خلال نتائج الارتباط كانت رغم أنها كانت موجبة وموجودة عند مستوى دلالة أقل من 1 % و 5 %، غير أنها ضعيفة نوعا ما. كما تم التوصل إلى أن القدرة التفسيرية للنموذج كانت 31,4 % أي أن متغيرة التمكين الإداري تفسر ما مقداره 31,4 % من التباين الحاصل في التمكين النفسي، لكن التأثير الذي كان للتمكين الإداري على التمكين النفسي ترجم فقط في بعدي الفرص والقوة الرسمية ، بينما بعد الدعم أثبت أنه لا يساهم في تفسير النموذج في هذا القطاع. . Abstract : This study aimed at recognizing the nature of relationship between the structural empowerment and psychological empowerment for employees in the private health sector in Biskra, The study was conducted on a sample of (59) individuals, and using the statistical package (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences). The study concluded the following eminent results : -The levels of structural empowerment and psychological empowerment is large - The results of correlation analysis indicated that the nature of the relationship between the structural empowerment and psychological empowerment is positive with moral significance at 1%and5 % or less.but Rather weak. -The sub-dimensions of structural empowerment (opportunity, official power) on the responding variable( psychological empowerment) was found to be significant (R2=31,4%). but support is not.
