Abstract

This study aimed to achieve a major goal manifested in the formation of a general framework to describe some of the theoretical foundations and principles to help yield development of participation and social inclusion, as well as clarifying the case of the Arab countries by understanding the processes of social exclusion and its relation to the absence of the concept of "new development".
