Abstract

This article tries to highlight the rôle and the real position of the cultured which he supposedly occupies in the society, by highlighting the views of a group of arab intellectuals who had a clear vision on this subject. So we have chosen to limit our sample to thinkers not others, because of their abundant intellectual production and their prominent attendance in the arab ,and even the global areas
